Job Description:

Redfaire is a fast-growing, international technology company with operations in the UK and Ireland. We implement and manage Oracle ERP (JD Edwards) on Oracle Cloud infrastructure and develop our own IP for cross-selling to our client base. We provide consulting, managed services, and cloud infrastructure services, focusing on Oracle Cloud for a diverse range of clients.

The Role: A Redfaire Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering quality projects to our global clients.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, experienced in leading technical and application teams. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders including customers, partners, business analysts, application/infrastructure teams, project managers, and finance teams to deliver initiatives.

This is a full-time permanent role, with candidates based remotely in the UK, Ireland, or our CoE in Limerick. Candidates in similar European time zones may also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Structure projects from the outset, managing commercials, client relationships, and delivery.
• Manage projects of varying complexity and size, including JD Edwards implementations, upgrades, rollouts, IAAS, and integrations.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels within Redfaire and client organizations.
• Lead and coordinate across teams, adapting approaches as needed.
• Manage changes due to shifting business priorities, controlling scope, resources, and timelines.
• Promote best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; business or technical qualification preferred.
• 5+ years managing IT applications or technical projects for JD Edwards ERP and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience managing high-value projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of data reporting tools and data analysis.
• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Focus on standardizing and simplifying workflows.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with senior managers, technical staff, and customers.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders and remote teams.
