Job Summary:

We are seeking strong ERP NetSuite Specialist candidates for the Enterprise Applications Development group. This group is responsible for developing and implementing business applications for Altair worldwide, including internal and external facing applications supporting Financials, Customer Support, Human Resources, Project Management, Sales/Licensing, and other functions. The ideal candidate will work on the worldwide implementation of multi-subsidiary/multi-currency NetSuite ERP within Altair, with integrations across various systems such as SSO, SFDC, Concur, and Custom Applications. This position offers high visibility across the enterprise and involves continuous enhancements of business processes.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver end-to-end solutions for business processes using SaaS solutions and custom applications involving web technologies, databases, and server platforms.
• Implement, administer, customize, and support the global NetSuite ERP deployment.
• Develop customized solutions for complex multi-subsidiary/multi-currency environments.
• Maintain SOX compliance and governance-related projects.
• Manage and develop NetSuite integrations with SaaS applications like SFDC, Concur, and other custom solutions via APIs and Web Services.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to implement solutions through configuration or custom development using SuiteCloud.
• Document requirements, create designs, develop and test code, and implement customizations.
• Configure systems according to design and configuration specifications.
• Create and execute test cases to verify requirements and specifications.
• Maintain detailed technical and user documentation.
• Work with the Enterprise Application Development team, PMO, and other stakeholders on projects, workflows, and process integrations.
• Provide technical expertise on technologies, methodologies, and design standards.

What You Will Need:

• At least 2 years of NetSuite ERP implementation, development, or customization experience with modules like O2C, P2P, GL, inventory management, and ePayments.
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other SuiteCloud technologies.
• Experience with system integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or Suitelets.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with SFDC, Concur, Workday, and custom applications.
• Development experience in Java, Perl, Python, or PHP.
• Experience migrating in-house ERP systems to NetSuite Cloud (preferred).
• Experience with Data ETL processes and tools.
• Familiarity with the Agile development lifecycle.
• Experience developing or working with third-party APIs and Web Services.

Basics:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with JIRA in an Agile environment.
• NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification (highly desired).
• Experience with iPaaS solutions like Boomi or Celigo.
• Financial or accounting knowledge (a plus).
• Background in finance, purchasing, or related fields (highly advantageous).
