Job summary

Oliver Bernard is recruiting for a fast-growing AI finance company expanding its London implementations team. You will own customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, tailoring the ERP to each finance team's workflows.

You will manage multiple implementations, configure NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and migrate data while coordinating with CFOs and finance teams to ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP implementations end to end, with responsibility for project plan and timeline.
• Strong accounting/finance knowledge and experience in audit/finance consulting.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) required.

Responsibilities

We're working with one of the fastest-growing AI companies in finance.

They’re building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting from data entry to close, and they’re backed by nine-figure funding from top-tier VCs and they’re scaling their London implementations team.

The role

• You’ll take customers from kickoff to go-live, owning both the plan and the timeline.
• Run several implementations at once, end to end
• Configure the platform around each finance team’s workflows
• Migrate and reconcile data from legacy systems
• rain customer teams, run cutover and provide support after go-live

You’ll bring

• Experience leading at least one ERP implementation end to end, owning the plan and the timeline
• Great exp of accounting, audit, finance consulting and ERP
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified
• Breadth across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay
• Hands‑on NetSuite, Sage Intacct or similar ERP experience
• Confidence working directly with CFOs and finance teams
