We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Finance Functional Analyst for a 12-month FTC to play a key role in our Finance ERP transformation. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your finance expertise and system knowledge to deliver a transformative platform across our global operations.

If you are a qualified accountant with strong experience in Business Central, enjoy analyzing processes, testing systems, and implementing structured change, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be central to our ERP programme, acting as the vital link between finance teams and technical delivery experts. Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Partnering with finance stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements

2. Supporting key design activities, including Chart of Accounts and dimension build

3. Liaising between end users and consultants to ensure seamless solution delivery

4. Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) using tools like Jira to track, troubleshoot, and validate solutions

5. Supporting change impact assessments, training development, and post-go-live transitions

Qualifications & Experience

• Accountancy qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICAS)

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, especially in AR, AP, GL, FA, Inventory, Bank, Reporting, and Purchase Ordering

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations (GAAP/IFRS)

• Experience supporting ERP implementations and functional testing

• Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical, process-driven approach

• (Bonus points for German language skills!)
