Interquest has a need for an experienced ERP Finance Transformation Business Analyst for a leading government client. We are looking for someone with expert knowledge and experience in developing digital services and processes, specifically for Finance ERP and Procurement ERP systems. Government experience, whether local or central, is highly desirable.

Key Skill Requirements

1. Assist with the specification and design of Finance ERP and Procurement ERP systems, covering user needs, business objectives, scope, constraints, evaluation, and prioritisation of user stories, as well as identification and mitigation of technical risks.
2. Research best practices for Finance and Procurement systems and assess their applicability for the client.
3. Plan, arrange, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder relations, including end-users and frontline staff, during investigations and development work.
4. Contribute to the specification of user/system interfaces and prototypes, aiming to optimise accessibility and usability, aligned with functional needs.
5. Implement new processes from design to delivery that enhance user experience in Finance and Procurement functions.
6. Contribute to service and business plans, as well as planning and development activities.
7. Assist with detailed specification and modelling of recommended solutions using appropriate resources, standards, methods, and tools.
8. Maintain up-to-date records of systems, services, contracts, and information assets within the ICT service’s configuration management database (CMDB).
9. Apply and uphold specific procedures and security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information systems and infrastructure.
