Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with Belfast-based organisation to appoint an ERP & Enterprise Applications Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive solution design, data migration, and integrations across the ERP lifecycle, while challenging partners and balancing business needs with standard ERP capabilities.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, ability to navigate complex environments, and a focus on sustainable, long-term ERP supportability.

Qualifications

• Experience across at least one significant end-to-end ERP implementation.
• Strong ERP solution design and architecture knowledge.
• Experience across data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Confidence working with and challenging external implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to balance business requirements with standard ERP capability and long-term supportability.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP lifecycle activities from solution design through data migration and cutover.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT and external implementation partners.
• Provide informed challenge to promote best-practice and standard ERP capability.
• Minimise customisations in favour of scalable, maintainable ERP solutions.
