Job summary

Marshall Land Systems, a Canadian-owned global company with a Cambridge heritage, is seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to ensure data in our ERP/MRP system is accurate and actionable.

You will own key supply chain data, collaborate with procurement, planning and logistics, and help resolve discrepancies to keep materials available and signals clear for decision-making. Strong data skills and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using an ERP or business system to maintain, update and manage information; MRP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data work.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or engineering environments is beneficial.
• Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to request information and resolve issues.
• Practical, proactive approach to investigating issues and finding solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and follow through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply chain data in ERP; keep material and supplier information accurate and up to date.
• Check data quality; spot missing or out-of-date information and drive resolutions.
• Contact suppliers to request information, confirm details and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure data flows smoothly.
• Identify supply chain risks by analyzing data and highlighting potential issues.
• Investigate data issues and seek simple process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc supply chain projects and day-to-day activities.
