Job summary

Marshall Land Systems in Cambridge is seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to own ERP/MRP data accuracy and ensure materials are available when needed. You’ll work with procurement, planning and other teams to keep information current and generate reliable signals for decision making.

This role suits someone who enjoys data, problem-solving and improving data quality, with exposure across the supply chain and opportunities to progress in procurement and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP or a business system to maintain information and data.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to data.
• Some supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or engineering exposure is beneficial.
• Confident in communicating with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Practical, proactive problem-solving and data correction abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply chain data in ERP/MRP, keeping material and supplier info up to date.
• Check data quality and resolve missing or incorrect information promptly.
• Contact suppliers to request information and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure data flows smoothly.
• Identify potential supply chain risks from data and highlight issues early.
• Investigate data issues, implement corrections and suggest process improvements.
• Support the wider team on ad-hoc projects and daily tasks.
