Enso Recruitment is delighted to be partnered with a leading ERP provider in Belfast to recruit for the role of ERP Consultant. The ERP Consultant will play a pivotal role in the implementation of MS Dynamics Software into third party customers, ranging from service, manufacturing, distribution & the public sector.

The Role

• Conduct business requirement analysis, and solution design aligned with client business processes
• Implement solutions efficiently and in accordance with established project methodologies, encompassing Design, Develop, and Deploy phases
• Collaborate with internal professional services teams, including consulting leads, project managers, and technical developers
• Liaise with support teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations
• Foster and manage ongoing client relationships during and after project delivery

The Person

• 2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in ERP or CRM environments
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, etc.) preferred
• Strong business process knowledge in one or more areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project methodology
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
