Job Description:

An employer is seeking a PLM Consultant for a long-term contract opportunity to work remotely in the UK. The consultant will join a leader in the MedTech industry to provide UAT support in Product Configuration Management (PCM). Responsibilities include authoring UAT test cases for Windchill functionality, creating PCM training materials and procedures, and supporting PCM capabilities in Windchill. Key functionalities include PDMLink for parts, eBOM, M-BOM, planning, design review, reporting, and product structure; MPMLink for resources, process plans, enterprise data, and extended data; and change management processes such as change requests, notices, and tasks. The project will proceed through three phases: UAT, training material creation, and support for Afile e6 PLM to Windchill PCM capabilities. The expected duration is between 8 to 24 months.

Qualifications:

• Experience authoring UAT test cases for Windchill functionalities
• Proficiency with PTC Windchill, specifically PDMLink and MPMLink
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Xray (advantageous)
• Language requirements: English (written and spoken); German is a plus
