Job summary

Wrightbus is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ongoing production system improvements. You will work with stakeholders to map and optimise manufacturing processes, prepare as-is and to-be models, and ensure ERP capabilities align with production planning, BOM, shop floor control, inventory, PLM, CRM, and analytics.

Qualifications

Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Business IT or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven BA experience with ERP/enterprise systems.
Experience analysing and documenting business processes and system requirements.
Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system upgrades.

Responsibilities

Analyse, document, and improve business processes across stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardisation.
Document current and future business processes (as-is/to-be).
Support D365 F&O implementation and enhancements to business systems.
Gather and document business requirements.
Participate in solution design workshops with IT and partners.
Create functional specs and configuration documentation.
Support testing activities, including UAT and validation of processes.
