As an Applications/Systems Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and maintaining a sound working knowledge of applications, business systems, and processes.
2. Collaborating with systems vendors and colleagues to support the end-user base with application issues (Finance, HR, ERP, SAP, WMS, etc.).
3. Administering processes such as access control and change management.
4. Participating in testing new software releases.
5. Assisting with master data management.
6. Working with the Business Systems team on projects to roll out new systems.

• Experience supporting applications and business systems.
• Knowledge of ERP, HR, Finance, or Supply Chain applications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to understand complex information and requirements.
• Confidence in decision-making.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience across multiple sites or international environments is a plus.
