Job summary

Springfield Primary School in the East Midlands is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the Enhanced Resource Facility (ERF). The role involves delivering provision tailored to each child's needs and helping them access learning and build friendships, within a supportive ERF team.

You will work with children with complex communication needs, contribute to CPD, and rely on collaboration with staff to ensure safeguarding requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of SEND and a belief that all children can succeed when their needs are met.
• Calm, positive manner and ability to build relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Skill in supporting and engaging children of all abilities in learning.
• Reflective practice to ensure every child's needs are fully met.
• Effective teamwork and excellent communication.
• Flexibility to respond to the daily challenges of supporting children with complex needs.

• Work within the ERF team to deliver provision that meets each child's individual needs.
