Springfield Primary School in Derby is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for its Enhanced Resource Facility (ERF). The role supports children with complex communication and interaction needs and offers coaching and CPD opportunities.

The successful candidate will work within our ERF team to deliver tailored provision, build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff, and promote inclusive learning. This is a permanent, 35-hour-per-week post with safeguarding duties.

Qualificações

• Have excellent knowledge and understanding of SEND and how it affects learning.
• Have a calm and positive disposition, able to build effective relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Be skilled in supporting and engaging children of all abilities in their learning.
• Be a reflective practitioner, ensuring all children’s needs are met.
• Be an effective team player with excellent communication skills.
• Be flexible and adaptable to day-to-day challenges of supporting children with complex needs.
