Job summary

The British Council is seeking an E+ Training & Cooperation Activities Manager to lead the design, coordination and delivery of Training and Cooperation Activities under Erasmus+. The role focuses on improving programme quality, participation and collaboration between organisations across UK locations and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, events, or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience managing projects or programmes in a structured environment.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders or partners.
• Experience using feedback and data to improve delivery.
• Experience managing operational delivery, timelines, and budgets.
• Experience line managing or supporting staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training, networking, or stakeholder activities.
• Develop detailed plans for activities including scope, format, participants, outcomes.
• Ensure activities are inclusive, accessible, and deliver strong participant experience.
• Manage delivery of activities from planning through to completion.
• Contribute to the wider TCA and network portfolio.
• Balance national and transnational activities in line with programme objectives and resources.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including delivery partners and networks.
• Ensure compliance with Erasmus+ requirements and governance.
• Design and implement evaluation approaches to assess impact and outcomes.
• Lead and support a Programme Support Officer.
