Job summary

Emerus is looking for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ER. You will deliver age-appropriate nursing care, document thoroughly, and ensure patient safety while following physician orders and infection control standards.

You will also perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures, coordinate with the care team and maintain patient privacy in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure, in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience in Emergency Department or equivalent.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from recognized bodies.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Maintain accurate, concise, and legible medical records.
