Qualifications

• Minimum one year Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
• PALS within 6 months required.
• TNCC within 1 year required.
• Completion of Baby Friendly Education within 6 months of hire.
• EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate patient assessments to determine clinical needs and prioritize care.
• Collects and processes blood and urine specimens with proper labeling and safety.
• Maintains clear, complete documentation and communicates with patients, families and team.
• Applies strong problem-solving to evaluate situations and implement solutions.
• Operates clinical equipment safely and reports malfunctions promptly.
• Demonstrates safe medication practices and monitoring.
• Works collaboratively within the healthcare team and supports workflow.
