Oakleaf Partnership are on the lookout for an Employee Services Advisory Manager to lead a high-performing Global People Advisory Team.

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in how to support managers, deliver exceptional HR advice, and evolve the people practices across borders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead with Impact
Inspire, develop, and coach a team of Employee Services Advisors to deliver consistent, high-quality HR guidance to people managers across the business.

Be the First Line of Advice
Ensure your team are resolving people queries with confidence, empathy, and compliance-from day-to-day HR questions to more complex employee relations cases.

Drive Consistency & Compliance
Champion the application of HR policies, legal compliance, and best practice-ensuring everything they do reflects their values and regulatory commitments.

Spot Trends & Shape Solutions
Use data to uncover common themes and drive continuous improvements across their advisory service. You’ll also help identify training needs and lead key development initiatives.

Lead by Example

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in a HR leadership or advisory management role, ideally in a shared services or advisory environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and legislation-bonus points for global experience
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred (or working towards it)
  • Clear, confident communication skills-both written and verbal
  • A passion for coaching and leading teams
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to spot trends and recommend improvements
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to complex people issues
