Description

Join Thompsons Solicitors as an Employment Rights (ER) Regional Manager and lead with passion, strategy, and innovation.

This role offers the opportunity to guide and inspire a team of specialists, delivering excellence in client service and operations while making a tangible impact in the legal landscape. It is a hybrid role, providing flexibility and the chance to shape our regional presence.

The role

You'll partner with the Managing Partner to drive strategic initiatives, manage a caseload of meaningful cases, and lead projects that improve branch performance. This position allows you to guide and inspire a team, ensuring high standards of client service and operational excellence.

Who we are looking for

We seek an experienced leader with a proven track record in team management, performance excellence, and client care. Whether you're an Admitted Solicitor or hold FILEX qualifications, your decision-making skills, organizational abilities, and empathy with the trade union and Labour movement will distinguish you. A deep understanding of Employment Rights is essential.
