Job summary

HR Download in Holmes Chapel is seeking an experienced HR adviser to support a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality HR advice and leading employee relations casework end-to-end.

You will onboard new clients, guide managers through complex situations, and ensure consistent, professional service delivery. You’ll need to manage your time effectively across multiple clients and balance client needs with commercial priorities.

• Strong UK employment law knowledge.

The Role

You’ll support a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality HR advice and leading employee relations casework end-to-end.

This includes onboarding new clients, advising managers through complex situations, and ensuring consistent, professional service delivery. You’ll need to manage your time effectively across multiple clients and balance client needs with commercial priorities.

• Working across at our Holmes Chapel Office and visits to our client sites,
• UK travel (overnight stays approx. once per month)
• 25 days holiday + TOIL + flexible working
• 1 day off for your birthday (pro-rata if part-time)
