Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to support a Leicester-based organisation. You will provide expert ER guidance to managers on disciplinary, grievance, and conduct matters, while navigating complex cases with a focus on fair outcomes.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, influence change initiatives, and help shape positive employee experiences across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Employee Relations within large, complex or regulated environments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting business change and consultation activity.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with positive employee experience.
• Confident working independently while collaborating with the HR team.

We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to support managers across a varied and dynamic business. You'll be the go-to expert for all things ER, helping leaders navigate sensitive situations while ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.

This is a role where you'll have real influence. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, contribute to business change initiatives, and play a key role in shaping positive employee experiences.
