You will coach managers, support organisational change, and provide insights to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Proven ER experience within a regulated or complex organisation.
• Experience managing complex ER cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience supporting organisational change and consultation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance commercial priorities with a people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and conduct matters.
• Coaching and advising managers on policies, procedures, and best practice.
• Supporting organisational change projects, restructures, consultations, and redeployment activity.
• Identifying trends and risks through casework and providing meaningful insight to stakeholders.
• Building strong relationships with leaders to support both commercial and people objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal governance requirements.
• Supporting wider HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Are you an experienced ER professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating complex people challenges, and delivering practical, commercially focused HR solutions?

We're recruiting for an ER Consultant to join a busy and evolving HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching managers, managing complex casework, and supporting organisational change within a regulated environment.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, helping to drive fair, consistent, and legally compliant people decisions.
