Formación

• Must be an established partner or senior patent litigator.
• Strong track record handling high-value patent disputes.
• Experience in life sciences and/or technology sectors.
• Portable following of clients is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex patent litigation matters from strategy to resolution.
• Advise clients on contentious patent issues across life sciences and technology.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships and growth of practice.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the wider team.
