Bishop Fleming is seeking a Senior Share Reward Tax Manager to join its growing tax team in the UK. You will structure and implement share schemes and advise on equity tax matters for acquisitions or sales, while mentoring junior staff and supporting firm development.
You will work closely with partners and directors to deliver a broad range of tax advisory work and contribute to strategy for equity incentives tax services.
We are looking to recruit a talented Equity Incentives Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team. Working with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to expanding corporates, you will get to work on a variety of interesting and challenging tax advisory projects. An important part of this role will be focussed around developing junior team members into becoming accomplished tax advisors. We will also look to you to support us in our business development activities as we continue to expand.
