Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an Investment Product Analyst to support the EQMA platform across Europe, Asia, and North America. You will rapidly learn Capital Group’s investment approach and translate insights into compelling content for internal partners and external clients.

You will work with Investment Directors and product specialists to craft narratives, analyze markets, and help differentiate Capital Group’s EQMA capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in asset management or investment teams.
• Strong understanding of equity and fixed income markets.
• Analytical, curious, and proactive with problem-solving skills.
• Commercial mindset to tailor messages for audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across time zones.
• Experience with markets data tools like Bloomberg or Refinitiv.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Investment Product Specialists, Directors, and teams to provide EQMA insights.
• Develop investment narratives and create materials for client meetings.
• Analyze market and competitor landscapes to inform product messaging.
• Support sales with investment-related requests and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assess market trends and investor requirements to guide EQMA offerings.
• Build relationships across Europe, Asia, and North America to align priorities.
