• Lead as Lewisham Council's in-house expert on equalities, providing governance and advisory support on duties.
• Take the lead on key equalities projects and programmes to ensure delivery of meaningful outcomes for residents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve internal policy work and own projects and priorities for the borough.
• Deliver training, inspire confidence in the equality agenda, and regularly present progress to leadership.
