Job summary

The University of East Anglia is recruiting two part-time Project Coordinators (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) (0.6 FTE) to join the People and Culture Division. The roles support the EDI Strategy with a focus on staff experience, culture, policy implementation and workforce equality.

You will lead workstreams, analyse workforce data, develop guidance and resources, and collaborate with staff networks and trade unions to drive inclusive leadership and culture change.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification, degree or equivalent professional knowledge and experience.
  • Experience delivering EDI initiatives, organisational change activity or people-related programmes.
  • Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Experience in Higher Education or public sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead defined workstreams across institutional EDI programmes and action plans.
  • Analyse workforce equality data and produce reports, briefings and recommendations.
  • Support development and implementation of policies, guidance and Equality Impact Assessments.
  • Provide specialist advice on equality legislation and inclusive practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, staff equality networks and other stakeholders; design and deliver workshops and engagement activities.
