Job summary

Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Project Support Manager to provide high-quality project management within Patient Services, applying the PRINCE2 methodology to the EPR implementation across hospital and community settings.

You will liaise with clinical and admin teams to design solutions, manage governance, and deliver measurable benefits for patients and staff while coordinating across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Foundation certification is essential.
• Good standard of higher education including GCSE level or equivalent, Maths & English Language.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on project progress using highlight/exception reports.
• Coordinate and escalate issues and risks as needed.
• Lead process redesign with clinical and admin teams to optimise systems.
• Deliver systems integration with end users and the Integration Manager.
• Oversee multiple projects across varied teams and departments.
• Build relationships with NHS and partner agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Trust governance and policies.
• Communicate effectively throughout project lifecycle.
• Deliver tangible digital and operational improvements for patients and staff.
