Job summary

Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Project Support Manager to provide high-quality project management within Patient Services, applying the PRINCE2 methodology to the EPR implementation across hospital and community settings.

You will liaise with clinical and admin teams to design solutions, manage governance, and deliver measurable benefits for patients and staff while coordinating across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification is essential.
  • Good standard of higher education including GCSE level or equivalent, Maths & English Language.

  • Ensure compliance with Trust governance and policies.
  • Communicate effectively throughout project lifecycle.
  • Deliver tangible digital and operational improvements for patients and staff.

Job description

The Project Support Manager will provide high quality Project Management using the PRINCE 2 Project Management Methodology within Patient Services to the Trusts' Electronic Patient Record (EPR). The post holder will possess the ability to adopt standard Project Management methods effectively across a wide range of workstreams to achieve successful implementation of the EPR within Hospital and associated Community Trusts as relevant. To liaise, negotiate and agree appropriate solutions to a wide range of user requirements to meet the project's scope including demonstrable qualitative and quantitative benefits.

Main duties of the job
