Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an EPR Clinical Systems Support Analyst to join the Clinical Systems Team on site in Coventry. You will assist EPR Workflow Analysts and Clinical Systems Support Leads, manage EPR accounts and data collection workbooks, and provide timely support to system users.

The role requires on-call availability as part of a rota and involvement in testing new version releases, audits of data, and ensuring secure access for users in line

Qualifications

• Experience supporting EPR systems and assisting users.
• Ability to manage and update data collection workbooks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create EPR accounts and related applications.
• Manage Data Collection Workbook(s) (DCW) and provide user support.
• Provide timely and accurate access to systems for users.
• Assist in testing new version releases of the systems managed.
• Provide cover for ICT systems where needed.
