Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an EPR Clinical Systems Support Analyst to join the Clinical Systems Team onsite. The post holder will support EPR workflow analysts and clinical systems leads, manage EPR accounts, and coordinate data collection workbooks.

You will provide user support, ensure timely access to systems, and carry out general system administration. The role includes 24/7 service coverage and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical information systems is desirable.
• Ability to manage user access and provide end-user assistance.
• Comfort with on-call and shift-based support.

Responsibilities

• Management and creation of EPR accounts and related applications
• Management of appropriate Data Collection Workbook(s) (DCW)
• Providing a support service to users of systems
• Providing timely and accurate access to systems
