Job summary

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EPR BI Lead & Data Warehouse Specialist to drive the reporting strategy for the Trust’s EPR system. You will work with clinical teams and the BI team to scope, plan and deliver high quality information that informs patient care and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in IS/Data Science/CS.
• Professional BI/data platform certifications (Power BI or equivalent).
• Experience designing, developing and delivering robust BI and data warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities

• The BI Lead will oversee the development of the initial BI information service from datasets to Executives, Trust Management and Clinicians.
• Provide technical leadership for the EPR-aligned data warehousing and analytics, integrating data sources.
• Engage with Executive Team and clinical staff to understand and deliver data requirements for quality care.
