Key Responsibilities

1. Menu Management & Deployment: Oversee the development and deployment of menu changes to keep our restaurants fresh and up-to-date.
2. Inventory & Recipe Management: Ensure an accurate database of recipes and product management so restaurants can accurately maintain stock levels.
3. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the EPOS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Manage team workload, performance, and professional development.
4. Technical Support: Oversee the provision of timely and effective technical support to all restaurants/employees.
5. Project Management: Lead and manage ongoing EPOS innovation projects and drive productivity.
6. Data Management: Ensure all data is maintained efficiently and work closely with other departments to achieve targets.
7. Emerging Technologies: Stay current and aware of emerging technologies to enable efficiencies.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in EPOS solutions, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing EPOS strategies and projects.
• Previous experience in hospitality or retail sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience.
• Keen eye for detail.
