Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Management & Deployment: Oversee the development and deployment of menu changes to keep our restaurants fresh and up-to-date.
  • Inventory & Recipe Management: Ensure an accurate database of recipes and product management so restaurants can accurately maintain stock levels.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the EPOS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Manage team workload, performance, and professional development.
  • Technical Support: Oversee the provision of timely and effective technical support to all restaurants / employees.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage ongoing EPOS innovation projects and drive productivity.
  • Data Management: Ensure all data is maintained efficiently and work closely with other departments to achieve targets.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay current and aware of emerging technologies to enable efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of progressive experience in EPOS solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing EPOS strategies and Projects.
  • Previous experience in Hospitality or Retail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Keen eye for detail
