nGeneration Limited is seeking a proactive install and support specialist to implement EPOS systems for retail and hospitality. You will travel to customer sites, train staff, and provide Go Live support, with full training supplied.

The role includes building strong customer relationships, completing site documentation, and adhering to company processes. A company car is provided, with overnight travel as required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• EPOS experience.
• Hospitality IT experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Understanding of IT hardware.
• Willing to travel.

Responsabilités

• Attend customer sites to conduct implementation services.
• Provide system coaching and training according to customer IT solutions.
• Provide Go Live Support to site management and staff.
• Complete site documentation, sign-off, and report issues to Project Hub.
• Build strong customer relationships on site.
• Follow company processes and procedures; adapt as needed.
