Job summary

Crucial People is seeking an experienced Electrical engineer to own EPLAN Electric P8 design from specification through to manufacturing outputs at our UK site. You will produce schematics, GA layouts, wiring/terminal schedules, I/O and cable lists, BOMs and manufacturing outputs, and collaborate with production through FAT to as-builts.

You will shape standards—libraries, macros and digital work instructions—for semi-automated manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPLAN Electric P8 from specification to manufacturing outputs.
• Ability to produce schematics, GA layouts, wiring/terminal schedules, I/O and cable lists, BOMs.
• Collaborate with production through FAT to as-built documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own EPLAN design to drive clean packs and reduced queries.
• Produce schematics, GA layouts, wiring lists and BOMs for manufacturing.
• Shape standards: libraries, macros and digital work instructions.
• Interface with HVAC plant and networks (BACnet/Modbus) for integration.
