Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and bar.
• Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and learn the menu.
• Engage with guests, build rapport with regulars and anticipate needs.
• Work in a busy, hardworking team environment with ongoing learning and development.
