Responsibilities

1. Provide subject matter expertise of the Epicor system, understanding its use in our business and identifying opportunities for improvement.
2. Address issues that may hinder the delivery of business benefits, facilitating communication between stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team as a system expert to resolve issues.
4. Assist the Epicor Product Manager in managing multiple projects, from business case to deployment, while managing risks.
5. Work with delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall) to prioritize user stories and tasks.
6. Coordinate with third-party suppliers to gather information and facilitate project delivery.
7. Ensure activities align with strategic outcomes and measurable benefits.
8. Support the Epicor Product Manager in defining, documenting, and completing complex projects, advising team members and clients as needed.
9. Help ensure realistic project, quality, and risk plans are maintained.
