Job summary

WOOD plc seeks a collaborative Construction Manager to lead a major EPCm framework programme in Ayrshire, overseeing live manufacturing facilities and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.

You will manage subcontractor partners, develop team capability, and drive continuous improvement, delivering complex pharma/biotech facilities from early design to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary construction activities in live manufacturing facilities.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor partners, drive safety, quality, regulatory compliance.
• Track record of developing team capability and delivering EPCm projects.

• Provide visible leadership across site operations and drive safe, compliant project delivery.
