RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the engineering team to conduct site investigation and assess the technical feasibility of developing a specific solar PV project.
• Liaise with the Scheduler & cost controller and Head of Procurement the respective project budget.
• Work with procurement team to coordinate the sourcing process of all components needed
• Manage the EPC and Sub-contract, change orders, and other agreements with Main subcontractors and vendors, and oversee all subcontractors’ work in all phases.
• Maintaining cash-flows of the EPC contract in close collaboration with the scheduler & cost controller.
• Develop and maintain project timeline in collaboration with the scheduler & cost controller, identify critical path, and key milestones for project’s success.
• Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks, and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.
• Coordination with internal Project Finance Team.
• Performing regular site visits and liaise with the Site Manager of ILOS and the Site Manager of the Main Contractor and other Sub-Contractors.
• Liaising with Technical Advisors of bank during construction for site visits and acceptance Testing.

PROFILE

• You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with other departments
• Proven track record of 5+ years of solar project management experience, including ground mounted projects of +10MWp
• Engineering degree or Qualified Technician, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of National Electrical Codes, other PV system regulations and national construction codes.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
