Progressive Recruitment is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement, logistics and contract administration for an EPC project. You will ensure goods, equipment and services are sourced and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Management, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Significant experience in procurement, supply chain and contract management within EPC, construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, commercial negotiations, logistics, quality assurance and contract administration.
• Experience with NEC4, JCT or similar contract forms and change control processes.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement lifecycle from requisition through sourcing, tendering, purchasing, delivery and close-out.
• Develop procurement plans, sourcing strategies and purchasing schedules aligned with project requirements.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor proposals based on cost, quality, technical compliance, risk and delivery capability.
• Lead commercial negotiations and administer purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery milestones, quality, payment schedules and change control.
• Maintain procurement records, risk registers, claims, variations and contractual documentation.
