Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive operational leadership experience within a high-hazard or regulated setting.
• Proven environmental testing experience and related processes.
• Experience with Ordnance, Munitions and Explosives (OME).
• Ability to coach and line-manage individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental Testing Centre (ETC) operations and act as the focal point for capability delivery and facility performance.
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant trial delivery with signatory authority and regulatory adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance availability, capacity, quality and performance.
• Manage budget, forecasting, risk, business continuity and stakeholder engagement for trials.
• Develop strategic growth plans for ETC facilities aligning people, processes and infrastructure.
• Lead and develop a high-performing workforce with clear responsibilities and inclusive culture.
