Senior Environmental Advisor - Warwickshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves supporting sustainability strategies and ensuring compliance across our Rail and Asset Management divisions, with up to 50% UK-wide travel.

What you’ll do:

• Provide expert advice to EHS teams and project leads on environment and sustainability to meet customer and regulatory standards.
• Support risk management with environmental assurance and audit programs.
• Assist in preparing sustainability and carbon reduction plans for contracts and bids.
• Maintain performance data and produce carbon management reports.
• Review environmental aspects and impacts, including climate change risks.
• Embed sustainable practices throughout project lifecycle in collaboration with Bid, Design, and Operational Teams.

Who you are:

Experienced in environmental and sustainability roles within relevant industries such as Rail, Telecoms, Utilities, or Construction.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: PIEMA
• ISO14001:2015 Lead Auditor
• Proven ability to advise on sustainability and environmental issues in business operations.
• Experience reducing environmental impact of equipment and infrastructure across product lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills for technical and improvement projects.
• Full driving license and willingness for UK-wide travel.
