Amentum is seeking an Environmental Advisor to join the SWMTF team on the Sellafield project, delivering environmental management and waste strategies to agreed timescales. Reporting to the Environmental Manager, you will guide the team on compliance and best practices across the project lifecycle.

Key duties include developing plans, coordinating audits, and reporting metrics while embedding sustainable outcomes and regulatory alignment within a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Competenze

• A degree in Environmental Management, science, or engineering.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IES).
• Proven experience in environmental and waste management.
• Experience with environmental policies, regulations and procedures.
• Experience collaborating within a project team.
• Ability to produce clear, concise technical documents.
• Familiarity with Environmental Permitting Regulations.
• Experience applying Best Available Techniques in Environment Cases.
• Experience embedding sustainability (e.g., BREEAM) in projects.
