Job summary

PT Renewable, a well-established environmental consultancy, is seeking a Director - Environment & Sustainability in Bristol with hybrid working and a focus on building a regional market. Up to £90,000 plus bonus, with excellent progression and flexible working.

You will lead Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Planning projects, develop client relationships, and shape the business growth with autonomy, mentoring teams, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Environmental Planning and/or EIA.
• Commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
• Track record of developing business opportunities and relationships.
• Ability to lead teams and support future growth initiatives.
• Consultancy experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee EIA and Environmental Planning projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across the public and private sectors.
• Support business development and work-winning activities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to regional growth strategy.
• Work collaboratively with technical specialists across multiple environmental disciplines.
