ALS is seeking a commercially minded Business Unit Manager to lead the Coventry Environmental Laboratory and its 400+ colleagues within the UK and Ireland Senior Management Team. - Set direction for the site; build an engaged, high-performing culture.
- Manage budget, resources and KPIs to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate with other sites/functions to optimise sample flow and customer experience.
- Drive innovation, automation, and digital tools to enhance capability and performance.
