Working 36.5 hours per week including occasional evening and weekends
The postholders will be responsible for enforcing housing standards within both single and multi-occupied private sector properties. They will provide housing advice to landlords and tenants and take informal and formal actions to remove hazards and improve property conditions. They will work as part of a team carrying out enforcement of housing legislation.
