A local authority client in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer specializing in Food Safety to join their team for 6 months, with a likelihood of extension.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Environmental Health qualification and have experience in conducting food hygiene inspections and investigations, including report preparation for formal action and statutory notices.
