United Utilities is offering a three-year graduate scheme in Asset Management at Lingley Mere. You will gain hands-on experience across environmental disciplines, shaping responses to environmental challenges and regulations while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.

You’ll rotate through placements with environmental specialists and engineers, contributing to strategy, regulatory compliance and future planning while building a broad understanding of the water sector and how

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in the environment and how water, wastewater and the natural world connect.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with willingness to tackle new challenges.
• Full UK driving license by programme start date.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long-term environmental planning and strategy.
• Work with environmental specialists to meet commitments and regulatory obligations.
