Job Description

Mission:

Lead Sustainability transformation at site level.

Continuous improvement on Energy Efficiency and Sustainability related actions.

Drive the adoption and performance of Digital Monitoring tools. Detect energy deviation and act upon it.

Communicate on our Sustainability achievements.

Responsibilities:

1. Co-Develop and deploy site sustainability 2030 roadmap (Decarbonization, onsite solar, Energy Efficiency, waste management, circularity, green material, scope 3 actions).
2. Animate monthly/quarterly Sustainability transformation steerco at site level.
3. Animate Energy Performance SIM to review Energy Efficiency actions status and next steps.
4. Drive the adoption and performance of Digital Monitoring tools, Building Management System, Digital Twin & Advisors.
5. Detect energy deviations and act upon it, constantly optimize the building operations parameters, and assess FM Sustainability performance and propose improvement areas.
6. Support the animation of Sustainability Ambassadors at site level.
7. Continuous improvement on ISO 14001 / ISO 50001.
8. Drastically improve communication on our Sustainability achievements towards our Customers, Partners, and Suppliers.
